Sunflower Inn 2013 Cancellation Policy
Deposits Required
Booking made more than 4 months prior to stay
for long term stays and short term stays have a 60 day cancellation policy.
Booking made less than 4 months prior to stay
have a 30 day cancellation policy.
Bookings made less than 30 days prior to stay have
a cancellation policy determined at time of booking.
If cancellation becomes necessary within the 60 to
30
day periods, there is a cancellation fee of $100.00/room plus taxes for long
term and short term stays/per room booked plus full charge for the
portion of the stay that fails to rebook.
A long term stay is more than 4 nights
and a short term stay is less than 4 nights.
If the cancelled stay rebooks fully, there is a
refund of the stay minus the cancellation fee
If the cancelled stay partially rebooks, there is
a
partial refund and a cancellation fee is charged also.
